Polymarket weather markets, backed by two forecast models

Daily highest-temperature markets settle on a real weather station. PolySignal compares two independent ensemble models before you pick a bucket.

How highest-temperature markets work

Polymarket's daily weather markets ask what the highest temperature will be in a given city, split into temperature buckets. Each market names the weather station whose reading decides the result, so the station matters as much as the forecast.

Two ensembles, up to 82 forecasts per city

For each of 31 cities, PolySignal pulls the full ensemble from two independent global models: ECMWF (51 members) and GFS (31 members). That is up to 82 separate forecasts of tomorrow's high. Instead of one number you see a distribution across the market's buckets.

What "both models agree" means

Cards are sorted by model agreement first, then confidence. When ECMWF and GFS land on the same °C bucket at 70% or more, the two independent models confirm each other and the card is marked green. When they disagree, that is a signal to stay out.

From card to market

Each card links to the matching highest-temperature market on Polymarket. Before staking, confirm that the market's resolution station is the one the card uses; PolySignal lists a verified resolution station for every city.
