2. Data We Collect

Payment data: When you subscribe, Stripe processes your payment. We receive only your email address and subscription status from Stripe. We never store your card number, CVV, or billing address on our servers.

Access token: A subscription access token is stored in your browser's localStorage to maintain your session. This token does not contain personal information beyond your subscription tier.

Usage data: We do not use cookies for tracking. We do not collect IP addresses, device fingerprints, or browsing history beyond what Netlify (our hosting provider) may log at infrastructure level.

Communications: If you contact us by email, we retain that correspondence to respond to your query.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your email address is used solely to: (a) confirm your subscription via Stripe, (b) send service-related communications such as subscription confirmations or policy updates, and (c) respond to support requests. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any automated decision-making that affects your rights.

4. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with the following third parties for market data and payment processing:

Stripe — payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy applies to all payment data: stripe.com/privacy.

Binance API / CoinGecko — real-time BTC price data. No personal data is transmitted to these services.

Polymarket API — public prediction market odds. No personal data is transmitted.

Alternative.me — Fear & Greed index data. No personal data is transmitted.

Netlify — website hosting. Netlify may collect standard server logs including IP addresses as part of infrastructure operation.

5. Data Retention

We retain your email address for as long as your subscription is active and for up to 12 months thereafter for accounting and legal purposes. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

Right of access — you may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

Right to rectification — you may ask us to correct inaccurate data.

Our service is hosted via Netlify (USA) and payment processing is via Stripe (USA). Both providers maintain EU-US Data Privacy Framework compliance. By using the Service, you acknowledge that your data may be processed outside the EEA under appropriate safeguards.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed at persons under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using polysignal.pro (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Bunelius & Co Ltd ("we", "us", "our").

2. Description of Service

PolySignal is a subscription-based web application that provides algorithmic, data-driven directional signals for Bitcoin (BTC/USD) price movements, specifically designed for use with Polymarket prediction markets. Signals are generated using publicly available market data including price feeds, order book data, and Polymarket crowd sentiment. Signals are locked approximately 60 seconds before each round closes.

3. No Financial Advice

The signals, data, and content provided by PolySignal are for informational and educational purposes only. We are not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial institution. Nothing on the Service should be construed as financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other type of advice. You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any financial decisions.

Past signal accuracy does not guarantee future results. You may lose some or all capital you allocate to prediction market trading. Trading on prediction markets involves significant risk.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and that your use of prediction markets is permitted under the laws of your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using prediction markets is legal where you reside.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Access to PolySignal signals requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed on a weekly basis via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring weekly basis until you cancel. Prices are displayed at the time of purchase and may be changed with notice.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through Stripe's customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial subscription periods except as described in our Refund Policy.

6. Access and Licence

Upon payment of the applicable subscription fee, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use during the subscription period. You may not: (a) share your access with third parties, (b) resell or redistribute signals, (c) scrape or automate data extraction from the Service, (d) reverse-engineer or decompile any part of the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that signals will be accurate. Market data is sourced from third-party APIs and may occasionally be delayed, incorrect, or unavailable.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bunelius & Co Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of capital, or loss of data arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bunelius & Co Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, algorithms, and materials on the Service are the intellectual property of Bunelius & Co Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

11. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. General Policy

Because access to PolySignal signals is granted immediately upon payment, subscriptions are generally non-refundable for the current billing period. By completing payment, you acknowledge that the Service is delivered digitally and immediately, and you consent to waive any statutory cooling-off period where permitted by law.

2. Eligible Refund Situations

We will consider refund requests in the following circumstances:

Service outage: If the Service experiences a verified outage of 24 hours or more during a paid billing period, you are entitled to a pro-rated refund for the affected period.

Duplicate charge: If you were charged more than once for the same subscription period due to a technical error, we will refund the duplicate charge in full.

First payment — app not accessed: If you subscribed for the first time within the last 24 hours and have not accessed the signal application, you may request a full refund.

Technical inability to access: If a technical fault on our side prevents you from accessing the Service and we are unable to resolve it within 48 hours of your report, you are eligible for a pro-rated refund.

3. Non-Eligible Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

— You accessed the Service and viewed signals during the billing period.

— You changed your mind or no longer wish to use the Service.

— You experienced losses on Polymarket or other prediction markets.

— Signal direction did not match the market outcome (signals are informational only).

— You forgot to cancel before the next billing cycle.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at Contact with the subject line "Refund Request" and include: (a) the email address used for your Stripe subscription, (b) the date of charge, (c) the reason for your request. We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current period unless covered by Section 2 above. To cancel, use the Stripe customer portal link sent in your subscription confirmation email, or contact us and we will cancel on your behalf.

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to permanently revoke your access to the Service. We encourage you to contact us first — we are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.
